Artwork should be formatted at either 8" x 12", 12" x 16", 16" x 24", 24" x 36", 36" x 48", or 40" x 60" (vertically or horizontally is fine). These high quality canvases come beautifully wrapped on 0.75" wood frames. If you would like to have colored edges, simply include them in your artwork. You should include an extra 0.75" of background to each edge of your artwork for wrapping. Please ensure no vital elements fall into this edge area as they will not be visible on the front of the final product. What is the refund policy?We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your order we will make it right with a replacement or refund. What sizes do you offer?We currently offer 6 sizes of canvases: 8" x 12", 12" x 16", 16" x 24", 24" x 36", 36" x 48", and 40" x 60". How long does it take?Generally, orders are processed and shipped out from the USA within 2 to 5 business days from the time you place them. Domestic shipping takes about 5 to 7 business days and international shipping takes 10 to 21 business days. We can print anything up to 300 DPI, however we recommend it be at least 100 DPI to ensure exceptional quality. These high quality canvases come beautifully wrapped on 0.75" wood frames.
